"Elevator doesn't work at all. Have to walk up stairs. $100 u expected fee upfront"

"We had an issue with the room. One of the staff members stated he may not be able to change us to another room due to the number of guests they had; however Ms Gabby stepped in and changed us to the room we paid for. She was so helpful and greeted us with a smile and friendly word every time she saw us."

"I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. "

"The property is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was nice and clean as well as the hot tub and patio furniture. Evan and Annie were wonderful to stay with. They messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. We couldn't have asked for better hosts."

"Police and ICE at location on arrival. Went in to see if it was ok inside. Nope Scary location. Looked like an abandoned hotel with squatters. Did not stay. Did not even try to cancel reservation just got out of there."

"Our family of five was very impressed with how clean the house was. We all had our own room and plenty of room in the whole house to spread out. It’s in a very good location for restaurants, sightseeing and the airport. I would recommend this house for a very nice stay."
