Magnificent authentic chalet made of stone and wood on a surface of 213 m2, located in the hamlet of Villaret, in Montvalezan.

Located in the heart of the largest ski areas: 7km from La Rosière, direct access to the San Bernardo area in Italy, La Station des Arcs accessible from Bourg Saint Maurice via the Fénicular is by car about 16 km, 35 km from Tignes and Valley of Isere. Shuttle at the foot of the chalet serving the Rosière Ski Resort.

It consists of a huge living room with living room, dining room, open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 billiard room, TV area, hot stone sauna (5 people), 2 ski rooms.

annonce loin de la réalité - logement décevant et dangereux

des photos datants de 2017 lorsque que le chalet à été rénové, mais maintenant la réalité est loin des photos. le chalet est dangereux (des pointes dépassantes, une rambarde ne tenant pas avec risque de tomber dans la cage d'escalier, des marches non fixées .... de plus, une vue sur un toit en tôles rouillées tenues par des parpaings etc.... nous avons tenté une conciliation en demandant un geste commercial avant de poster cet avis et le propriétaire n'a rien voulu savoir. vous pouvez me contacter pour avoir des photos et les échanges de mails avec celui-ci. Chalet

Chalet assez spacieux et quand il y a un soucis la personne qui gère est très réactive. Par contre le chalet est assez loin des pistes contrairement à ce que l’annonce précise. Il y a bien une navette mais payante 3€/pers pour aller idem pour le retour. Et il n’y a pas beaucoup de passage dans la journée. Avec des enfants cela complique un peu la tâche.

Chalet cosy mais atypique. Ne convient pas pour des personnes à mobilité reduite. Acceuil super! Propriétaire très reactif! Comptez 15 minutes pour rejoindre les pistes de La Rosière.

Beau chalet typique du pays

Chalet ancien bien isolé mais éclairages et détails à améliorer...agencement des espaces qui ne convient pas si enfants en bas age. Le prix pratiqué mérite des prestations améliorées...un petit effort du propriétaire pour être à la hauteur de ce beau chalet ( photos sur site qui ne décrivent pas la réalité/ poignée WC qui reste dans la main/ électricité à revoir et non conforme dans cuisine etc...)

Une pièce à vivre chaleureuse et conviviale !

Un chalet très chaleureux et convivial avec une situation idéale pour accéder à de très belles stations à quelques minutes : La Rosière, Les Arcs par Villaroger, Tignes et Val d’Isère… Un très bon accueil et accompagnement tout au long de cette semaine par Karine très disponible et de bon conseil. Livraison possible du boulanger tous les matins, Excellent ! Je recommande ce bien pour de très bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Joli chalet confortable et bien équipé

Le chalet est doté d'une grande pièce à vivre très chaleureuse avec son poêle à bois et sa grande table carrée; la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les chambres sont reparties sur 3 niveaux . Propriétaire à l'écoute, très fair-play, facile à joindre et cherchant à résoudre au plus vite les éventuels dysfonctionnements .

Chalet très atypique et pret de nombreuses station de ski

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans ce chalet très atypique très apprécier par nos amie adorer le sauna après nos journées de ski les soirées apéritif autour de la cheminé après une partie de billard apprécier aussi l espace de ce chalet pour 12 personne respecte l espace de chaque couples par ces nombreuses chambres recommande ce chalet Bravo au propriétaire

Lieu convivial et chaleureux.

Le chalet se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture de la station de La Rosière. Chalet ancien rénové dans un style "Art-Récup" accueillant et propice à la convivialité. Les grandes baies vitrées du séjour permettent de profiter du paysage alentour tout en profitant de la chaleur apportée par les radiateurs et les deux poêles (bois mis à disposition par le propriétaire). La capacité d'accueil du lieu (12) correspondait à nos besoins et la grande table carrée apporte un plus aux moments des repas. L'équipement est neuf et suffisant tant pour ce qui est de l'équipement de la cuisine que pour ce qui concerne la literie et le linge de toilette. Le propriétaire est toujours joignable et de bon conseil en cas de problème. La caution nous a été restituée dans les 15 jours suivant notre retour.
