"Curtains were dirty. Did not like that we had to make our beds on arriving and strip beds on departure. Lift was not working and we were not advised before arrival. Not great if you have mobility issues "

When I needed anything or had questions, that’s who I would ask because front desk staff (all three that were there during our stay) were not very helpful or friendly, bordering on downright rude. "

"Had a fantastic 10 days with the family. Our host was very welcoming. Spacious and functional house, inside and out, perfect to accommodate all 13 of us with plenty of communal areas. Ideally designed so that each of our 4 family units had their own bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. One small draw back, hot water ran out for the 6 people in the main house, despite very quick showers, but it didn't spoil the holiday. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. "The location is perfect and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Internet access is very fluid. One small improvement could be made in re. the kitchen cleaning supplies/bathroom supplies, too limited for a stay longer than a week. But overall very pleasant stay. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. We were welcomed by friendly reception staff and if we had any issues (the safe battery ran out!) it was dealt with quickly and without fuss. We didn’t take the breakfast option so can’t comment there but the coffee smelled amazing each morning! The hotel is a little outside of the centre but that is reached easily with a 5 minute walk along the coastal path. There is a plethora or restaurants within east reach. We look forward to staying again! "
