About this property
Country house in Montrose
- Very comfortable home for your vacation. Complete kitchen, laundry, and formal dining rooms. Spacious living room, with a fireplace. Three bedrooms. One with a queen bed, another with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is a den with a futon to sleep one or two. Quiet country location with access to Montrose and all of its surrounding attractions. Ouray, Telluride, Grand Mesa, Black Canyon, Blue Mesa, and the list goes on. Also not far from Grand Junction. This property was indeed built by myself. I personally welcome families to enjoy my home.
