This place was super clean. A few minor issues like a light bulb needed to be replaced, new batteries needed for the thermostat and a wall clock, and a toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. The kitchen had no basic condiments like cooking oil, salt or pepper so you do have to bring your condiments.

The house was great! Very nicely decorated, very clean. Excellent amenities provided. The lock box on the front door was one of the best ones I have used. We appreciated the free beer from the Horsefly Brewery! We had an excellent meal there. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Wonderful, comfortable and convenient

We had a lovely stay at this home! It was a great location for us to explore the national park as well as take some time for rafting and just enjoying the smaller town. The host left lots of great recommendations and small touches to help make our stay more comfortable.

Awesome 3 bedroom in Montrose

We stayed with our adult daughters Visiting Montrose family. Spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to town and local attractions. We hosted family dinners for six people with ample room.

Felt right at home. Bathrooms and kitchen had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable. Large screen tv in every room was a solid plus. can't think of any down side

Great Location

This is a nice little house in Montrose, Colorado. Prefect for visiting the westerns side of Colorado. Since its in the middle of town it does not have beautiful views but its close to shopping and is a great jumping off point for your travels.

Beautiful home full of necessities and extras that made it better. Cleanliness could have been better we found a lot of crumbs in the beds/couches as well as lots of dust. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our weekend would definitely stay again.

Excellent home close to many amenities

Surprisingly nice home and excellent location. We used this as a staging point for trips to Telluride, Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and other points near Montrose. Our family of four fit very comfortably into this home and there are walking trails very close by. Excellent stay

PROS- clean, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, stocked, easy to find, close to all cities, decorated adorably, would stay again. LOVED it. CONS- took time to regulate the air conditioning back to the bedrooms.

Overnight stay

We recently stayed at Park Place vrbo in Montrose as we had an extra day before we could fly home. The house was clean and exceeded every expectation . We enjoyed playing Jenga, watched two movies and had pizza . W would definitely recommend this property if tour travels take you into the area.
