「Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....

「J'ai adoré cette chambre d'hôtes! La cadre est sublime avec la vue sur le grand jardin, la rivière au fond, la glycine en fleurs au-dessus de la porte d'entrée. Excellent endroit pour l'observation des oiseaux. Chambre très grande et confortable, salle de bain très jolie, fonctionnelle et propre. Hôtes très sympathiques. À savoir que le parking n'est pas pour une voiture qui elle a été garée un peu plus loin au parking public. Centre-ville de Castres très proche à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent...

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and we arrived to find that our two twin rooms and had been changed to a family suite, which was perfect for our needs.
