Beautiful 4-room apartment in Montpellier, 15 minutes from the beaches.

  • Dear holidaymakers,

I offer you a beautiful F4 apartment of 90 m2 on the 1st floor with elevator in a beautiful secure residence in Montpellier West, near the entrance of the A9 motorway to reach the beaches.
This cocooning apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms, including 3 double beds.
As well as a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.
Fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room. A loggia terrace of 7 m2 overlooking a wooded park and not overlooked to enjoy the aperitif!

Free visitor parking spaces are available inside the residence.
This apartment is close (100 m) to a bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, butcher and caterer as well as 2 supermarkets and a pizzeria chalet.
Public transportation: Tramway Line 5 50 metres away to reach the downtown. Bus stop Line 15 and 17 in front of the Marcel Pagnol College (100m).
Let yourself be charmed by our beautiful southern city with its beaches, its straw huts, its rivers, its gastronomy, its hinterland and its cultural and festive events!
You can take the opportunity to discover the historic centre, stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy aperitifs/tapas at sunset!

The apartment is rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

We look forward to welcoming you.
