chambre en plein centre

qualité : le prix est correct ainsi que la localisation centrale. Malgré la proximité de la gare, les nuisances sonores sont très faibles. défaut : la photo attachée à l'annonce ne correspondait pas à la chambre proposée ce qui est pénalisant et s'apparente à de la publicité mensongère. Problème de serrure à notre arrivée qui a été vite réglé mais ne met pas du tout en confiance. Poignet de porte de la salle d'eau cassée. Le Jet pluie de la douche n'est pas disponible. Et SURTOUT beaucoup de poussière dans la literie.

Mediocre

Après 3/4h d'attente devant une porte cochère avec des odeurs d'urine, nous avons descendu un escalier sombre vers des caves. Une fois la porte franchie, nous avons découvert une chambre toute aussi sombre et juste propre. une seule chaise autour de la table et la fenêtre donnait sur un jardin non entretenu... Nous le déconseillons et n'y reviendrons pas !

La chambre Vanille est confortable, bien équipée et en très bon état. Elle se trouve en sous-sol, donc il n'y a presque pas de lumière naturelle. À mes yeux, le principal défaut est le quartier qui est spécialement sale et malodorant jusque dans le hall d'entrée. Cependant, dès qu'on entre dans la chambre, le quartier et ses odeurs s'oublient. La proximité des voies de chemin de fer ne m'a absolument pas dérangé. Un petit défaut qui pourrait être facilement corrigé : la structure étant très petite (3 chambres), il n'y a pas de réception, donc il faut s'arranger par téléphone pour coordonner l'accueil. Or la personne dont on a le contact n'est pas celle qui nous accueille, ce qui rend la communication un peu laborieuse. Sans compter que comme il n'y a aucune indication de la présence des "Clés de Lune" sur la devanture, on se demande si on est bien arrivé au bon endroit. Ceci étant, pour le prix, c'est plutôt raisonnable.

Das Hotel ist eine Wohnung mit drei Zimmern.

Die Zimmer liegen in einer Altbauwohnung im Souterrain und sind eher dunkel. Aber wenn man nur zum Schlafen dort ist, ist das völlig ok. Da es keine Rezeption gibt, sollte man auf jeden Fall die Telefonnummer bereit haben.

Bien pour un court séjour

Mon séjour était pour rendre visite à ma fille hospitalisée, j'ai donc apprécié la proximité des bus j'ai apprécié le calme, la propreté et de quoi se faire à manger par contre l'endroit n'est pas top!

Fantastic location, fantastic building.

After a warm welcome from a 10pm train arrival (which they were more than happy to accommodate) we were shown to our room. The house is a typical French building with many floors and fantastic decor. The rooms have a lovely little hall and are fantastically decorated, plenty of space and comfy beds. We were treated to a surprise clean room three days into our stay with sheets totally changed and the washing up done! Air con, fridge, microwave and kettle all worked fine; didn't get round to using the coffee machine! Beautiful city and would stay there again.

Close to the station, but not facilitated well

When I cheched-in, a few facilities are not prepared well or equiped as follows... -lamp (burned-out light bulb, dusty lamp shade) -no shower head of the rain shower(but you can use a little handy shower) -there was no air-conditioner as it mentioned on Expedia (but you can use a little electric fan) -electric pot was not cleaned, with a lots of Kalkis (so I cleaned it by myself) -entrance was not set during weekdays (the decolation items of the entrance were put untidily the other place of the bacement for 5 days) -condition of the bed was not comfortable (not good quarity of the mattress, pirows) -no room cleaning during the stay (but after I requested them, they cleaned floor and changed towels at the middle of the stay, but did not dispose the garbages...so it smelled) -no hotel staff (sometimes the staff did not answer phone calls) I do not recommend this hotel. But it is really close to the station.

UNE VRAIE ARNAQUE

Nous avons payé 65€ ( hors saison!!) par nuit pour une chambre aménagée dans une cave!! La fenêtre donne sur un mur à 1 mètre et la lumière du jour parvient à peine. La déco pourrait être jolie mais l'entretien est plus que douteux; on a trouvé des cheveux sur le linge de lit, les toilettes mal nettoyées, des toiles d'araignées au plafond et j'en passe... La chambre est minuscule comme la salle de bain. Le quartier est bien situé mais près de la gare et en travaux donc très bruyant. A notre retour, nous avons essayé de joindre la propriétaire ( que nous n'avions pas vu lors de notre séjour et qui avait déjà encaissé nos 2 nuits) pour négocier un arrangement mais sans succès. Une seule chose à ajouter, à éviter absolument; c'est le pire hôtel que nous ayons jamais occupé.

Plutôt décevant vu le prix

Je suis déçu, car il y a bcp de bruit extérieur, et ont entend continuellement le bruit de la chasse d'eau. Pas climatisé, chambre plutôt étouffante car ont peut pas ouvrir à cause du bruit permanent ! État extérieur plutôt vétuste... Chambre plutôt propre... Manque de clarté...

申し込みの時に条件の説明をよく聞いて行く事。

ホテルと思っていたので、現地に行って看板もなく困った。たまたま尋ねた人が良い人だったので、 一緒に探してくれたがその人に出会わなかったらどうなっていたことか？ 結局、個人の人がアパルトマンの部屋を持っていてそれをかしているようだった。l 申し込んだ時にHoterus.comの担当者の説明不足である。言葉も解らないし随分困った。

close to train station, clean and lovely

It is a 5mins walk from the train station, very thoughtful of the owner with the detergent, sponge for cleaning and towel. The microwave was a bit difficult to use our lunch box was melted, just a reminder to the others . Only downsize would be the toilet, its small.

When a hotel isn't....

This is not a hotel but a room in a somewhat run-down building. That said, the room itself was recently renovated, well-appointed with a small kitchenette and quiet even if close to the train station. There was no hotel service (not being a hotel) although the manager took the trouble to pick me up from the train station (which was required because you would NEVER find it on your own). All in all a good stay, although I felt a bit cheated because it was not a hotel yet priced like one.
