Super pour un court séjour.

À pars le fait d’avoir réservé une chambre avec balcon pour fumeur et ne pas avoir eu de balcon à mon arrivée, je n’ai pas grand chose à dire. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Nickel pour un passage d’une nuit avec mes 4 enfants . Il me manquait juste le balcon.c’est dommage .

Accueillie a notre arriver par madame je ces tout , prends les gens de haut , sa.peut arriver de ne pas etre de bonne humeur ou autre mes le lendemain je l es vus ce comporter de la.meme sorte avec d autre client ! Avant notre arriver sur Montpellier, je venait d un appart hotel city a nime recus comme des rois . Un stage la bas en accueil ne leur ferais pas.de mal ! Pour aprendre a vivre .

El alojamiento está bien y limpio, el mantenimiento es algo deficiente y el baño tiene zonas con la madera destrozada. La ubicación del hotel no es la mejor para vistra el centro hay unos 40min andando y el barrio no tiene opciones para comer, además de tener pinta de abandonado

Dommage pour la qualité de propreté ! L'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé ! poils de chien partout sur la moquette, salle de bain sol pas lavé, lave vaisselle moisi à l'intérieur, et une odeur de refoulement horrible venant de la salle de bain. La tête de lit en simili cuir complétement déchirée et craquelée à tel point qu'il y en a sur les coussins Le point sur la vaisselle n'a absolument pas été réalisé. Même si je ne compte pas les couverts, nous avions 1 fourchette et 1 petite cuillère, rien d'autre! Peut-être un oubli et pas une habitude ? Au moins un petit rafraichissement rapide aurait été agréable. Les murs sont fins on entend tout. Mais bon, c'est un choix, donc le prix correspond parfaitement. Le personnel a été très accueillant et a essayé au mieux de remédier à cet inconfort. J'y reviendrai certainement .

Ce qui est dommage c’est que vous ne fournissez pas un balai et une pelle au moins car il n’y a pas le ménage inclu donc je trouve ça dommage, de plus nous avons trouvé des cheveux sur la cuvette à notre arrive

D’habitude dans cette Hotel les choses ce passe bien mais durant ce séjour j’me suis tomber sur une chambre assez dégradée c’est pas forcément l’état des murs qui me gêner meme si il étais dégradé mais plus le matelas où on s’en les ressorts le meuble de la cuisine ou le tiroir ne tiens pas la meuble de la salle de bain qui tombe sur la façade avant et manquer des chaîne sur la télé de la chambre et pour finir j’ai payer un parking mais le portail ne marcher pas du coup j’ai payer pour rien aucune sécurité. Je trouve bien ça dommage car j’ai demandé à changé de chambre mais pas de nouvelle mais malgré ça le séjour étais agréable et d’habitude je n’ai pas à me plaindre.
