CHARMING HOME CLOSE TO WATKINS GLEN & INTERNATIONAL RACETRACK

THE BUNGALOW AT FALLS EAST is the perfect place to stay while visiting Watkins Glen the beautiful Schuyler County area of the Finger Lakes! Property is located on a quiet street but close to our major attractions such as the Watkins Glen International Racetrack, Watkins Glen State Park & Gorge and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail! The Bungalow boasts a bright and well-appointed kitchen, a separate living room and family room both with televisions so you can spread out, two comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The back deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors during the day and at night guests can gather around the fire pit! The Bungalow is a short distance from Havana Glen Park and The Catherine Valley Trail. There is a walking path directly from the Bungalow leading to the Catlin Mill Creek which spills into the Catharine Creek.

2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay on special weekends and holidays.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, pet fee is $35/pet/stay.

Please advise us ahead of time if you have an electric vehicle, an additional $25 will be assessed for use of electricity for an electric vehicle.

Pools of any kind are not allowed.

Very lovely house, ideal location and was so clean! Owner is very organized with labels even on light switches and providing maps, and vacation guides which made it a very pleasant trip! We were only there for a short trip so we didn't grill or use the fire pit but would of loved to if we stayed longer. Would love to come back with another couple and stay a week to really enjoy all the amenities of the house especially the outdoor patio.

Great house for a long weekend!

The house was perfect for us! The living room was very large and airy, kitchen had great appliances, and the half bath of the main BR was perfect. The outside covered deck was great since there was a fan. I saw deer every morning and evening munching on the grass right in front of the house. Nice outside firepit too, although we only used it once.

The house was wonderful, with plenty of amenities. Location was awesome, easy to get to numerous attractions quickly. Would definitely stay at the bungalow again.

Comfortable felt very inviting

The home was very beautiful. I really enjoyed staying there and visiting with my family. They made everything so pleasant. I would highly recommend this to anyone who was looking to stay in Montour Falls. A lot of thought and Detail went into this home. I wish I could have a Hommi that was like this.

We really enjoyed the property and our stay. House was super clean and very functional for a family of three. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen, entertainment room, deck and fire pit. Great visit.

Bungalow at Falls East in Montour Falls

This property was perfectly suited to what my friends and I were looking for for our one-night girls’ get-together! It was extremely clean and welcoming, located not far from Watkins Glen. We especially loved the back patio where we spent most of our time catching up and enjoying our coffee in the morning. Would definitely recommend this property to others!

Charming small-town cottage

We had a relaxing stay in this charming cottage - the perfect size for the three of us. We especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and the deck with roof. We had lots of nearby activities to choose from -- many waterfall hikes, kayaking on the lake, wine tasting and restaurants when we didn't cook. The house is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful Finger Lakes region.

Waterfalls and winery heaven

This house was everything we expected and needed. The house was immaculate, we instantly felt right at home and were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked including spices, the bed was comfortable and the covered porch was perfect. We also enjoyed the many birds that were in the yard along with the two little bunnies. This house was the perfect location for visiting many waterfalls and the winery's.

Lovely bungalow

In the best sense, this rental felt like a home. This house felt like a home that took into consideration everything its guests could want. It was clean and comfy. What guests would not love a nice, back deck with table, chairs, and functioning grill? a kitchen with space to make breakfast and a fireplace in the family room? A well made firepit out back? It is tucked away in a little place with a park and waterfall that is also just twenty minutes from Ithaca or Watkins Glen. I should probably stop gushing because I want to make sure this place is available to rent next summer!

Very clean and charming!

To be honest, many places are oversold and the owners are unfamiliar with what clean really means. This property was everything I could have hoped for. Not musty, not dirty, just perfect in every way. My wife and I were so happy with how well the home presented, how well it was laid out, and how spotless this place was. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Nice property, close to Watkins Glen

Place was great for two couples and a dog. The firepit was awesome to have after a day of wineries. Place was super clean with lots of blankets and towels.

Nice little house in a good location for access to Seneca Lake attractions. Spouse and I stayed for 2 nights for a weekend getaway. Check-in was simple and host communications were thorough and timely. The house was clean and well-stocked and featured easy parking, good WiFi, a large yard with fire ring, and a covered deck. We appreciated the updated kitchen. The house layout is a little odd—a formal sitting room inside the front door (TV, couch, and power recliner) and a second, larger space at the rear of the house that may have been a formal dining room but is now a second living room (recliners, TV, and a high-top bistro table in a corner). Other layout notes: Light switches are in odd places (bathroom fixtures are controlled from the hallway), although the host has done a good job of labeling switches to help guests to identify which are for what fixtures. There’s a toilet in the walk-in closet in the master. Both beds appeared to be full rather than queen. Overall a nice base of operations for a weekend away.

Montour Falls House

What a sweet house! This was conveniently located to our waterfall and hiking adventures. The home was clean and comfortable. The back patio is beautiful and so peaceful. Check-in and out was super easy. Highly recommend if you are visiting Seneca Lake.

Perfect Summer Vacation

I can't say enough good things about this house! This was the first time to the Finger Lakes region for my husband and me, and the location of this house was a perfect central location for all this region has to offer. Most of our destinations were between 15 minutes and an hour away, allowing us to explore the region easily. We visited towns, wineries, and breweries bordering Seneca, Cayuga, and Keuka Lakes. The home was super clean and so comfortable for the two of us. The comfy leather reclining chairs were perfect for reading or watching TV (and all 4 TVs were smart with loads of options, including Netflix and Disney Plus). The deck and fire pit were used every evening and the backyard is very private. The bed and linens were very comfortable and the towels were super soft. The kitchen had the usual condiments and spices allowing us to prepare our breakfasts and some dinners in the home. If I could give this home 6 stars, I would!
