「Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. Malheureusement, aucune alternative n'a été proposée, pas même la mise à disposition temporaire d'une pièce...

「Location is excellent, looks onto the Cathedral. Check in is by phone and we were given choice of room but didn't know which to choose so went for Vintage which was up 1 flight of stairs. The room was large and well appointed with a lovely table set up for breakfast. It was clean and had everything you need. 「Brilliant place to stay. We used it as a stopover for one night. The room was large with air con and nicely decorated. The pool was perfect to cool down in. We had a wine tasting and a wonderful meal in the evening. The included breakfast was basic but suited our needs. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.」

「The hotel is chasing, as in old charm. But beyond the charm, a reality come with it. It would need a lot of renovation, espacially with the bathroom. The shower in my room was a prefab shower module from the 80's. Completely run down, almost unusable, potentially dangerous as you could easily slide and fall in it. It may not be the case for all the rooms, but make sure to ask if the bathroom as been renovated! The staff was nice, and apolegatic about it. The owners need to do something about it....
