A very beautiful landscape silent and quiet, a strategic place in Tuscany near the Mediterranean Sea and famous beaches. It is only 40 km from Siena and San Gemignano and is not far from Montalcini (for those who like good red wine) and is only 90 km from Florence.
The place is located in a very scenic environment and has a very healthy atmosphere. Around the villa there is the possibility of jogging and physical activity in open spaces. The villa is surrounded by olive trees (more than a hundred), various fruit trees and a small forest attached to the property. Near the villa there is a riding school and with the possibility of horseback riding (extra charge, reservation)

Lovely house in middle of Tuscany. Very quiet area house beautiful . 3 double rooms and 2 bathrooms available. Host very good and cooked for us on arrival. WiFi good and amenities great. Great if you are looking for peace and quiet . Local village is 5 mins drive.

Erholung pur

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut, obwohl wir ihn erst zur Abfahrt persönlich getroffen haben. Bei Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass ein Zimmer belegt war und nicht wie bei FE-Wo de beschrieben, 4 Zimmer zur Verfügung standen. Das war aber das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben. Das Haus ist gemütlich, mit modernen Duschen, Klimaanlage und Ventilator eingerichtet, wofür wir bei 37 Grad sehr dankbar waren. Im Außenbereich kann man sich gut aufhalten. Parken ist auch möglich. Da wir wussten, dass das Quartier etwas einsam ist, waren wir dartauf vorbereitet, viel mit dem Auto fahren zu müssen. Es gibt sehenswerte Ziele in der näheren Umgebung. Ein kleiner COOP Markt, eine Bar und eine Post sind sind in Motieri (ca 4km Entfernung) vorhanden. Die Pizzeria ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zum Baden im Meer empfielt sich der Strand vom sehenswerten Ort San Vincenzo. Auch unseren beiden mitreisenden Kinder, bzw. Jugendlichen hat es gefallen und wir haben uns alle prima erholt. Fazit: Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist an diesem Ort gut aufgehoben.

Wie bei Freunden - ein unglaublich herzlicher Gastgeber!

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang von Jamil, durften in seinem Haus alles wie zuhause nutzen, sogar die Lebensmittel, Sekt, Wein etc. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Perfect House

Tolles Haus, 4 km nördlich von Montieri, einem intakten Bergdorf. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, auch außen. Bequeme Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Jamil ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Rust en ruimte

Hartelijk ontvangst door de woningeigenaar. Sociaal en begripsvol. Het onderkomen is lekker ruim en ook buiten is er heerlijk ruimte. We aten elke ochtend heerlijk buiten! Een ideale plek als je van rust en ruimte houdt! Het ligt wel iets afgelegen van de hoofdwegen, maar aan de andere kant ben je binnen het uur bij diverse mooie plaatsen als San Gimignano, Siëna, Volterra. Je bent ook binnen het uur bij het stand in Follonica.
