The Space:

This house is one of a kind. Nestled in the woods of the catskill mountains on a 20 acre gated estate is the Malon Villas Compound. This property makes for the ultimate house to host your large family reunions, corporate retreats, dream catskills wedding, or just an amazing getaway experience for your family and friends. This property is set a few blocks from Sacket Lake public dock and Starlight Marina where you can rent a pontoon, speedboat or wave runner. When you arrive through the gated entrance you will be immediately speechless to the idea that you now have your own hotel for the weekend. We designed this home with the thought of creating the ultimate vacation home getaway experience. This home is a whopping 17000 square feet with 13 bedrooms,12 of which have a full ensuite full  bathrooms, as well as a large children's room with bunk beds that sleep 14. The house has a total of 17 bathrooms. There are multiple lounge spaces all throughout the home that make for the perfect setting where many groups can hang out simultaneously. There are two fire places, as well as an out door fire pit. The kitchen is spacious and filled with counter space, a large island with bar and stainless steel appliances, along with a wood burning pizza oven. This house is perfect for bringing along a private chef for preparing large meals. Off of the kitchen and dinning room area is a our large ball room and event space where you can host a large gatherings, which leads to the outdoor deck and patio. The indoor pool area is a show stopper. This area contains a commercial size pool, 15' wood paneled ceilings, a mezzanine overlooking the pool, lounge areas, DJ booth and full tiki bar. Walking out of the pool area leads you right into our game room. This room has a pool table, ping-pong table, gaming table, lounge area, foosball, arcade games and more. Off of the game room is our media room with an HD projector and tons of space for everyone to view and enjoy the show. Next to the media room we have a state of the art fitness center for you to get your burn on or just a relaxing yoga flow. The rear great lawn is multiple football fields wide that would make the perfect outdoor wedding venue, or just endless space for the kids to run free. The outdoor patio has lounge seating, a fire pit, barrel sauna and a 10 person hot tub. This house is just a 15 minute ride to Woodstock/Bethel Woods, and just minutes from boating and hiking trails.
