First, the ladies at the front desk, Ebony and Shay were Awesome! Thank you for all your help and assistance!! The rooms were well kept and clean, however, both tubes in the two-bedroom suite we stayed in drained slowly. I brought my granddaughter and was able to get a crib in the room, which was very convenient, so she had somewhere safe to sit and play on her own. Sonesta is now my hotel of choice when traveling to Montgomery!

The property was not clean nor well kept. The room was not clean, toilet was dirty, the tub has rust, brown spots on it. Cigarette buts and food on the ground, all over the place. Great amount of marijuana being smoked. The pool had sand at the bottom and on the side of the pool. Would not recommend for anyone to stay there.

Clean, Quiet, and comfortable! Very reasonably priced. Charles welcomed us. He was so kind to carry my hravy bag up the stairs. Convenient parking, kitchenette, comfortable bed, big pool in the courtyard.

Everything was wonderful except the carpet really needed cleaning. The bar stools were in need of repair. Otherwise loved everything. Staff was great. I could tell the Lady day manager took great pride in the upkeep of her property. And by the way, on the day of check out there was a posted noted regarding the carpets being cleaned!

The staff was excellent very helpful. The rooms are outdated and definitely need to be remodeled. There’s no noticeable damage in the rooms that just comes from being an older structure. I would stay there again once those renovations are complete but as of right now I wouldn’t.

We got the 2bdrm suite and it was awesome. We utilized all 3 beds including the pull out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was very convenient and everything was very clean. Only small issue I had was not anything with the hotel but there were some people that checked in late at night and were very loud. I could hear them moving around in the suite above me upstairs. There was someone arguing in the middle of the night. Someone even knocked on my door but thank God they went away when I didn’t answer.
