"The proximity to the lake was great, but the rooms were freezing, literally 58 and the heaters didn't work. We found a space heater and used that. Said it was non smoking, but the whole hotel smelled of smoke. It's literally a Super 8 by the lake. Not worth the money."

"Room was outdated with cheap materials throughout. Windows leaked air, shower door was a major struggle to open and close, the bathroom lights were do so dim I could barely see myself in the mirror. Trim pieces were missing and/or damaged throughout the room. This hotel needs a serious refurbishment. Walls, floors, and ceilings are thin. I could hear people moving their rooms on both sides of me as well as above and below. The exterior walls and windows are no better as I could hear the traffic on the street outside way too clearly. Restaurant was not open during the hours advertised so I had to go elsewhere for food. No valet offered was disappointing. The manager and staff were great though."

"Nicest Marriott Residence Inn I’ve ever stayed at and a great location right next to Breckenridge Ridge Brewery (one of my happy places) and easy walking distance to Main St restaurants, bars and shops. Also walking distance to The Maggie for skiing."
