"Worse than the pictures. Cant understand why they have a hugh rating. Room is cold due to breeze from door and windows. Door does not fit as it deformed from sun exposure. There is no hot water in the bathroom. I am nog typically picky but this place is ons on the worst places i ever stayed in. "

"I have nothing negative to say about this resort, everything was amazing. Clean, beautiful and the staff are very nice especially our housekeeper Alba she always made sure we come home to a tidy room. Breakfast was also yummy. Very family friendly, the restaurant has an amazing view of the Arenal volcano. I would highly recommend! Hot springs and pool are also nice and clean."
