「The staff were very friendly and informative, food was great, their own produce was great and the views were amazing. I would love to return in warmer weather when the pool is open. The only downside was being charged €50 cleaning fee. I missed it in the small print when booking. This wasn't a fine for leaving the rooms untidy, this is their standard charge for their 1 bed apartments. We stayed there 1 night and still had the same charge as someone who stays for a week. 「Wow. I could not have dreamed of a better weekend getaway. This was seriously the most beautiful villa. The view from it was picturesque, it looked fake! I would wake up in the morning and just stare at the view. From the grounds of the villa you can see the city center of Volterra, and the greenery surrounding.
