"Good family property, a bit outside of Monterrico, but with a beautiful pool and an outstanding view on the ocean. The restaurant was too expensive for us."

"We enjoyed the pool area and the outdoor space, very nice . However the condo itself needs some maintenance: the water pressure in the master bathroom was low and could not keep a consistent temperature in the shower. The balcony sliding door would not latch shut and kitchen cabinet handles were broken…… a little TLC would go a long way!"

"Everyone very cortéis, the place is spotless very modern, except the beach is a little far away, but walkable. I can recommend highly if your intention is not to be near the beach"

"At breakfast, the waiter took my credit card to a back area to charge me, instead of bring the machine to the table. This was the only time in my entire trip that my card was out of my hands. Within 24 hours that card had 3 Temu charges and I had to cancel it. Draw your own conclusions. Ruined the whole experience. Nice hotel, great location, but a horrible staff."

"Recepción no cuentan con teléfonos, ni servicio de restaurante a la habitación, habitación totalmente sucia , descuidada , cosas rotas, paredes manchadas, baños sucios. Tampoco cuenta con luz afuera de la habitación. "
