Honestly, this property is fantastic! Extremely well renovated. No detail is missed from the appliances, to the towels to the cookware, this place is first rate, five star. Owner was great with communication. Location is excellent - close to Monterey and Carmel. Easy drive to Pinnacles NP.

Our stay was great! The property was clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The property manager was easy to communicate with and proactively provided everything we needed for our stay. We particularly liked that is this property was central to all the locations we visited during our trip! Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful house

The rental house was very clean, updated, close to sites and the host was very responsive. One of the nicest rentals we have stayed in. Lots of compliments from my family. We would stay here again!

Great stay in nice neighborhood

The listing is accurate, and the home is very nice, updated, and clean. The area is safe and quiet, yet within a mile or so of stores and restaurants. The host was very accommodating with a special request so I'd definitely recommend it.

A gem!

Immaculate, cozy, and inviting with all the amenities for a peaceful, wonderful stay ! The outdoor space is incredible and we loved the putting range and outdoor t.v with the lights. Beds are amazingly comfortable and could not have been more pleased!

Really liked the inside of the house, ease of entry into the house and garage, and the backyard was fantastic. I love golf, fireplaces, and hanging outside. I also appreciated the fact that the property manager was very responsive when we had questions or comments. Thank you!

Impeccable Home!

Newly remodeled and everything you could ask for in a VRBO. Great backyard for hanging out with the putting green, fire pit, TV, couches and BBQ. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely look to book this place again when coming down to the Monterey area to visit family.

Great house!

This was a great rental for our family. Very accessible to town of Monterey. Pictures on website represent house accurately. It’s very well appointed with everything you need and very clean and comfortable! Really nice backyard space and the manager was quick with responses and flexible with letting us get in a little early. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is perfectly stocked. Vincent is very responsive and professional. We had an amazing weekend at Sea Otter. The proximity of the house to the Laguna Seca Raceway couldn’t be better. We spent nights in Carmel walking, dining, shopping, and it was very easy to get to from the house. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds and linens. Liked shampoo, conditioner and body wash in bathrooms. Very cleanly. Ac/heat functioned well. All appliances well functioning. Easy arrival and departure. Owner responded quickly to my questions. Only criticism is wish it was mentioned in amenities that there was a pack and play crib. We ended up borrowing a friend’s but saw there was a pack and play in a closet upon departure. I think this amenity should be included on the listing.

Amazing

This house was beautiful and immaculate. My husband stayed with 2 employees for a work event at the Golf Course (less than 2 miles away). The enjoyed the little golf area in the backyard and the kitchen island was perfect for them to chat and enjoy dinner. Vincent was easily to communicate with! Thank you!

Really good but short trip to watch golf

The house was really well equipped. Virtually anything you could need was there, and plentiful. Lots of dishes, glasses of all types, pots, pans, you name it. Comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. We had a very nice visit. And Vinceant was very responsive to questions. I don't think we had to wait more than 30 minutes for an answer, regardless of the time of day!

Excellent Property near Monterey

Vincent's property is probably one of the best we've ever stayed at! It is clean and spacious (more spacious than the pictures depict!). The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and bakeware if one wants to cook. I personally appreciate a full set of dishes for 10 people.The sheets and towels are soft, and the beds are comfortable! The only minor criticism is the weak water pressure.The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood just 15 minutes away from Monterey. Communication with Vincent is excellent because he is so responsive! Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this property!
