Great convenient location
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was located in a convenient part of town. It was clean and basic, but exactly as expected. We were met in town and shown to the location which was very helpful.

Property is very clean with extremely good location-inside walls with excellent dining and some shopping. Host is helpful. Be aware, this is a mountain-too town so parking is a couple blocks away with steep walking. Call host before arrival for directions to park. It was difficult for me or Expedia to contact host, but he was cooperative and helpful when we arrived.
Very nice, large room and bath. Quiet considering it is on main street. I recommend the facility and location highly.

This was a great location for staying in Montepulciano--right on one of the main walking streets, Gracciano nel Corso. Our host Amadeo went above and beyond helping us get around, trying to park the car, with restaurant recommendations, etc. Our room had a quiet patio attached, which was pleasant at night. Rooms were mostly quiet. They only complaints we had were that the bed and bedding were harder and flatter than we would have liked, and that you really need directions to come to the gate on the lower end of town for parking. To his credit, Amadeo tried to contact me with directions, but there was an error in my phone number in Expedia. Driving in town is an absolute terror show for Americans used to wide roads, so make sure you know what you're getting into.
So--great central place to stay in what we thought was the prettiest Tuscan hill town. Only drawbacks were the beds, the parking situation, and that breakfast was an extra cost.

We loved staying here. The owners parked our car for us in the rain and were always so friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable and had a lovely garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others. Montepulciano is a charming Tuscan town.

This is an excellent location for exploring the Val d'Orcia. Very clean and comfortable, and easy walk to all of Montepulciano. It is a plus that there is parking included.
The only suggestions we gave the hotel was to add their correct address and specific instructions to their parking location to their Expedia page and confirmation email. Would gladly stay here again!

Trevligt boende i Montepulciano
Jättetrevlig personal! Vänliga och hjälpsamma. Men adressen som anges när man bokar stämmer inte. Den går till parkeringen. Och man vill inte gå fel i den här extremt backiga byn. Särskilt inte med bagage.
