Lovely bucolic setting. Easy access to lots of medieval villages, especially Montepulcano. Georgeous view at breakfast on the open terrace. Lots of room to spread out & relax in the annexed cottage. Ivan and his staff were very hospitable.

The owner Ivan was the best!! He was very friendly and treated us like we had been coming for years. We had a gated 1 bedroom appartment with a kitchen that we did use. Ivan recommended restaurants and places to visit as well as the outlet mall after I bought too much and needed a new suitcase. He had the Agritourismo wine in the appartment which was very nice. We also did a wine tasting and ended up having some shipped back to Canada its so good. Highly recommend this as a home base in Tuscany as it was the best place we stayed in our 3 weeks in the Mediterranean.

This place was amazing. We stayed in villa 1 which was a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. The washing machine was very useful. Loads of private outside room. The little family dog & cats where strolling around & it was a real added bonus for us. Views from the lobby deck are amazing.

Beautiful view!

Great stay!!!! It is in a winery, so they offered some wine and cheese when we arrived. Beautiful view on Montepulciano. The only thing is the you need to plan for food as there is no restaurant close. But if you go to the grocery before, tou can cook on site. Beautiful terrasse and view.

Lovely property and room. Very spacious room. Relaxing and quite. Sat outside by the pool and read. Had the place to ourselves, but even if there were other families there was lots of space. Welcome time to relax after the bussle of Florence. Wish we had time to have a wine tasting.

최고의 별장형 숙소

하루만 숙박해서 아쉬웠습니다. 2층 룸에서 보이는 몬테풀치아노 전경은 말로 표현이 안될만큼 아름다웠습니다. 풀장의 물이 차가웠지만, 너무 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었어요. 24시간 운영되는 월풀도 좋았습니다. 넓은 방과 주방 밤의 서늘한 바람 멋진 야경 그리고 친절한 쥴리아 양의 친절함때문에 다시 가고 싶네요.

Difficile à trouver...Mais c’est surtout un manque d’equipments pour être à l’aise (torchons, éponge, sopalins, ...) Pas forcément très propre. Par contre le cadre magnifique!

We loved staying here! It was quiet and the apartments were perfect our two couples, with each couple having their own apartment in the same building. We enjoyed the pool on the hot, humid afternoons, and enjoyed tasting the wine produced by the vineyard. The location was perfect...only 5 minute drive into Montepulciano and many fabulous restaurants. We hope to make it back again!

The location was perfect for traveling around and checking out many of the cities in Tuscany. Julia was sweet and knowledgeable. We loved staying in this wonderful place.

Great location!

We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Upon arrival, things got off to a slightly rocky start because they had lost our booking. It seems to be a fairly common problem if you use hotels dot com to book, but if you use a different site they don't seem to have the same issue. Weird. Luckily, they still had a room available that they had to get ready so we has a bit of a wait before we could get settled, but no problem, we had a drink on their terrace with a nice view of Montepulciano. We stayed in a small apartment, one of three in an original farm house. The parking was nice, one space for each apartment. The apartment itself was quite spacious. There was no AC, so we brought the fan upstairs when we went to bed. There is a nice kitchenette area and they provide most things you could want, pots, dishes, silverware, even cereal and coffee for breakfast. The pool area was beautiful but we got there too late to enjoy it (but the hot tub is open all night). I definitely wish we could have stayed longer, it's a beautiful property in a great location!

Bob and Patty European vacation

We were made to feel welcome upon arrival and check-in was easy. After we were taken to our room. This was also amazing spacious and clean with large living room and dining table. Fully stocked kitchen and a refrigerator stocked with juices and a coffee maker everything you need also to cook and eat a meal. Which we did. The bed was large a comfortable. But the view from our room was spectacular. The grounds are large and have a pool and hot tub both also with great views. Plenty of outside tables for use and are well kept. With a car you are close to both Montepulciano and Pienza and other areas a a short drive away. This is a winery so you have bottles of wine in your room both white and red which you can have and pay for at checkout. Also have a free wine tasting. We were told at check-in to feel at home. The only complaint is that when we did call for some minor things ( which should have been done prior to our check-in) took a little while longer than I thought it should have, however every request was taken care of. Overall we are very happy to have stayed her and believe you will also.
