El hotel de las sorpresas (desagradables)

Una vez hecha y pagada la reserva, el alojamiento me indica que hay un sobrecoste por llegar al hotel mas tarde de las 18, que por supuesto no se menciona en las condiciones del hotel, en las que se indica que la recepción del hotel esta abierta hasta las 2 de la madrugada y que solo si se vs a llegar mas tarde se avise y ademas no menciona sobrecoste alguno. Una vez alli, las instalaciones no están habilitadas para personas, no ya con minusvalía, sino con una movilidad un poco limitada. No hay ascensor, escaleras dificiles y sin habitaciones disponibles en planta baja (y solo eramos 2 parejas en todo el hotel) Al habla con el propietario se limita a decir en ambos casos que eso es un problema de la agencia, que no lo explican bien. Si esto es asi, señores de Hoteles.com, apliquense. Y si no es asi, pues tambien, apliquense, porque si la informacion proporcionada es deficiente o incompleta, el sistema pierde credibilidad. En todo caso, el hotel es modesto y alguna cosita debiera ponerse mueva, pero está agradable y es comodo. Lo dicho, mucho ojo al reservar y por mi parte, sin intención de repetir.

Hice una reserva en Julio y bien, hace unos días volví a reservar directamente porque quería hacerles una preguntao. A falta de una semana para entrar en el hotel, me envían un WhatsApp anulandome la reserva sin más, diciendo por causas ajenas a su voluntad pedí explicaciones y no se han molestado en contestar.
