"The hotel is very good, not the luxury type, but worth what is paid. The restaurants were ok, do not expect much. The beach is really good, calm and relaxing, but not with super transparent water. The volleyball court on the beach is amazing, and my son enjoyed it every day. The shows were fun, but not that glamorous. The entertainment team was not professional, but were very nice guys. Overall, it is a nice place to spend a week with the family, relaxing, enjoying the sun, the beach and having a good time."

The room is clean & the breakfast was delicious The surrounding area is very safe and natural feeling - This is the perfect oasis away from the city but still safe I had a great time and will stay at least once every time I visit"

"This property is a vacation club property which we were unaware at time of booking. Felicia, our concierge, was amazing. She made our stay enjoyable. She remembered our names and greeted us each day to see what she could could do to assist us. She contacted the person for our excursion to make sure we would be picked up and brought back. There were 4 pools, a buffet restaurant, steakhouse, Italian, and Japanese restaurants, then we found this cute street with a coffee shop, pizza place, and ice cream shop. There were shops from sundries to art to cigars. Felicia asked if we would participate in the presentation for the club and we agreed to attend. We took a lovely tour after breakfast. Our tour guide, Melissa (sorry if I got it wrong), was fantastic! We had so much in common and really connected. The member rooms and benefits were impressive. When it was time to sit and talk numbers, while the offer was incredible, we just couldn't do it. Make sure you do a little research before heading anywhere you travel. For instance, here you could not throw any paper in the toilet. (Good to know). Overall we had a great time and plan to go back for a future vacation."

"The resort was okay. I am in my early 20’s with a 2yr old and there weren’t that many activities to do. As someone that goes to a lot of resorts and has been there many years back it was disappointing. There wasn't a variety of food and a small resort overall. I had to check out the next day and contacting them for a refund has been a headache. "
