"The overall experience was great. Pierpaolo was really helpful ahead of and during our stay and went out of his way to help us. The house was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the kids loved the pool. It took only an hour to get in to central Rome from a nearby train station and lots of lovely restaurants available."

""Armando Raponi was a most gracious host but was also respectful of our privacy. The house is well provisioned, with a very pleasant view from the veranda looking over the olives and grapes towards the Alban hills. We used it as a base for exploring Lazio and found it very suitable.""

"Such a great place to stay. Very relaxing and the perfect way to decompress after being in Rome. Marco has a beautiful property and Suni was an all star in assisting us while we were there. Grilled steaks on the grill, pizza in the pizza oven. Steam rooms, gorgeous pool, and excellent kitchen to make home cooked meals each night. Hope to be back."

"The property was great. Extremely peaceful and serene at night. The location is good too, with it being close to Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. "

"The Villa and grounds are beautiful. Very clean and everything works! The beds are very, very comfortable. The pool was clean and large, it was a little sad that so many tiles were off. My daughter got a few cuts from it but nothing that stopped us enjoying the peaceful sanctuary. The Villa is equipped with everything you might need. Bedrooms having their own bathrooms was lovely. "The hotel was spotless and comfortable and the staff was extremely hospitable, helpful and warm. The sea views are lovely and everything about the hotel itself was 10/10. Sadly, the local government has mismanaged the zoning and there is a noisy nearby establishment with spot lights and a huge flashing screen that is on 24 hours a day. There is a noisy dance club/ bar across the street that plays thumping music untill 1 or 2 AM. They've also erected an ugly sign that partially blocks the view of the mountains. The local government is allowing a beautiful location to be destroyed by both visual and noise pollution. "

"Lovely hotel with a great spa. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was small in the European style, but certainly comfortable enough, with adequate air conditioning. There's a large parking lot situated adjacent to the hotel that can fill up on weekends. Breakfast was excellent with responsive staff and a wide selection of continental breakfast fare, There was also a small selection of hot foods available. The grounds are well kept and while not expansive are peaceful. The spa was a highlight of this stay and was very enjoyable. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, but old town is a bit further away, "
