I would definitely recommend staying here! The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the pool is beautiful. Being in a gated community also provides a great sense of security. The highlight was the private beach—just a short walk away, serene, quiet, and absolutely stunning. We chose this location to be near Secrets for a family wedding, which was perfect, though groceries and restaurants weren’t within walking distance. That said, you can walk to The Houseboat, one of the best restaurants in Montego Bay.One drawback, the balcony, which faces a busy street, wasn’t very peaceful during the day—though in the late evenings it was quiet and lovely. Thankfully, with the pool and beach so close, we had other relaxing outdoor spots.Where I rated 4 instead of 5 stars was with supplies and communication. For a 9-day stay, we wished there were plenty of upfront basic supplies like coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, bleach, and trash bags. A mid-stay cleaning and restock is included, but what was provided didn’t last, and Keurig pods aren’t available locally to buy. While I initially felt like I had to push and argue for replacements, and we 'VRBO' to eliminate cleaners coming into the space, Monica, our host, was ultimately prompt, caring, and accommodating, even giving us a 50 credit—which we greatly appreciated. Overall, I loved this VRBO and would stay again. Just request what you’ll need up front, and Monica will absolutely accommodate!
