Nice Property in a nice, gated community

This property was as pictured. There was a delay with check in because security could not locate the keys. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Very satisfied.

Very clean house

My experience staying at Coral Garden started out not so great because I got to the house late and communication with the host was not good. She was out of the country so it was hard to reach her. She send me an email the same day with a good phone number but I did not have internet access while I was traveling so I didn’t get it. Also I went my the needle drop location on the map so I was lost for awhile. That was probably my fault. I did not notice that there was an actual address listed. When I finally made it to the house it was extremely hot and the power was off. Eventually I found the circuit breaker to turn the power on to the house and turned the AC on. On a positive note the house was extremely clean and the neighborhood was great. There is a pool about 2 min walk away where you can hangout get food/drinks a chill. I would recommend making sure you communicate with the host days before so she know when you will arive and make sure the AC and light is on before you arive.

Lovely house and owner

The house is in a gated community and the security guards were attentive. The house is well equipped and Valerie was really good at answering our questions during our stay. Sadly the restaurant on site was small and not open in the evenings and getting around is not that easy without a car. Walking is very hard as there are very few pavements and the local roads are narrow and busy. Taxis can be very expensive, minimum Usd 25 to get to the Bay, unless you use a local route taxi, which costs about Usd 1 and pass by the main gate. This is just advice to fellow independent travellers and does not in any way detract from the service provided by Valerie and Owners Direct, which was excellent.

Great location and a great house. It's on a hill overlooking Montego Bay with a tropical breeze..

I arrived on a Friday morning and was very happy about the location. I went food shopping and came back to walk the property to hang by the pool. I went sight seeing during the day and ended up on the porch in the evening enjoying the wonderful tropical breeze. I shall definitely return.

Schönes Haus- schlechte Kommunikation

Unser Aufenthalt in Jamaika war vom 25.11.-05.12.2015. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir auch zufrieden, einige "Kleinigkeiten" sollte man jedoch umgehend abstellen. Als wir nach einem 11 stündigen Flug endlich am Mango Walk Country Club angekommen sind, gab es niemanden, der uns den Schlüssel geben konnte. Niemand wusste über unsere Ankunft bescheid oder konnte uns helfen. Wir verbrachten knapp 2,5 Stunden vor dem Eingang. Die Security versuchte uns zu helfen, scheiterte aber. Am Ende bekamen wir dann glücklicherweise durch Zufall einen Schlüssel, da der Schlüsselinhaber in diesem Moment von einem Stadtbummel nach Hause kam. Valerie selbst ist nicht in Jamaika und unter der angegebenen Rufnummer geht nur die Sprachbox ans Telefon, sodass man die Vermieterin nicht erreicht. Nie! Sie ist auch nicht besonders freundlich und reagiert pampig auf Anfragen vor Ort. Des Weiteren ist das Haus, in welches man zieht, nicht das auf den Fotos, sondern eines der Nachbarhäuser. Die Einrichtung ist völlig anders und es wirkt wesentlich kleiner vor Ort. Die Terasse hat kaputte Stühle und Gartenmöbel. Es gab nur 3 Handtücher für 4 Personen. Das Haus war sauber und aufgeräumt. Gleiches Spiel am Ende mit der Schlüsselabgabe - niemand wusste, wer den Schlüssel bekommt. Wir haben ihn dann bei einem Mann names Allen abgegeben. Das Anwesen befindet sich auf einem Berg und man benötigt etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi in die Stadt, 45 Minuten wenn man zum Strand laufen will. Trotzdem war Jamaika ein toller Urlaub für uns. We arrived November 6th to the 15, 2015. Our check in went smoothly.

The front gate and office staff were very Polite and extremely helpful. The townhouse was exactly how it was promoted, very clean, a large selection of towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. We were close to all the attractions , within driving distance. We found a local eatery called the Fish Bone on bottom road, not too far from the townhouse , they served local seafood dishes, (yummy). Thank you Ms Valrie, it was a pleasure staying at your property . I will be recommending this property to my family's and friends.
