Near the kitchen there are 2 double bedrooms (air conditioned) which share a bathroom between the two bedrooms (every room has its own door that opens and closes the bathroom). One of those two rooms has an access from the outside and from the inside, crossing the other room and the bathroom: in this case it turns into a passage room. Both rooms have direct access to the patio.
First floor: living room (with a not working and not usable fireplace) with TV and access to a panoramic terrace with table and chairs for 12 people and a gas grill, double bedroom (air conditioned), bathroom with shower, double bedroom (air conditioned).
