Our host is rightly proud of the apartment (a family home) and it shows in the furnishings and supplies for the kitchen (we shopped in the market and cooked our meals as part of this trip, so that was an important feature). Laura provided an informative guide with comprehensive lists and suggestions, but also pointed out some hidden gems and some of her favourite places, and those were excellent suggestions. "We had a wonderful holiday. The house, with its private swimming pool, is fantastic, and in Stia you can find all the necessary groceries within a short distance of the property, which we considered a major advantage.Our only comment is that the amount of kitchen equipment is somewhat limited for larger groups. We would recommend checking the kitchen inventory. Given the warm weather, we would also recommend providing a fan in each bedroom to improve comfort during the summer months."

"Very nice stay in a rustic surrounding. The drive in is a little rough but everything else was fine. Some comfortable chairs would be nice. My family had a lovely time for their first experience abroad and Rita was very helpful."

"The Franciscan Order nuns are a delight. We enjoyed their beautiful singing at the evening worship service before dinner. The bathroom for our room was small and a wet room, so we had to wipe everything dry, after taking a shower. The beds were comfortable and the overall setting was very peaceful."
