Detached house with private pool 1,5 km from shops and restaurant. AC & Wi-fi

  • The property lies in southern/central Umbria (35 km from Orvieto and 20 from Todi) at 1,5 km from the village of Melezzole in a hilly and quiet location with panoramic views. The property has a large garden and a swimming pool, all for private use of the tenant. The pool is 12 by 6 meters (depth from 1.4 to 1.9 meters). The house is suitable for up to 5 persons (one bedroom with three single beds, one double bedroom, both on the 1st floor). Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Babycot available upon request. There is one bathroom on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with kitchen and a bathroom. The living area has sofa seats for 4 person, fireplace and flat-TV. The dining area a big table suitable for up to 10. The kitchen has been renewed in 2018 and has stove with 4 fires, oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the southern side of the house there is a gazebo (with view on the pool area), it's equipped with table and chairs for 6. There are nearby two barbecue at disposition. Wi-fi internet connection available. In the village of Melezzole there are a small supermarket, bakery, butcher and bar. In the villages of Castel dell'Aquila (9 km away) and Avigliano Umbro (13 km) there are other supermarkets, pharmacy and other shops available. The nearest restaurant (Semiramide) is 1.5 km away. The road is fully asphalted until the house.
