「We've had a wonderful stay for a week at Villa Opera with 2 children. The building is a traditional farm house with thick walls and shutters which helped in the scorching heat. There was no AC but we had fans which was ok and expected with an old building. The landscape was amazing and we've watched many amazing sunsets in the garden. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me.」
