"This is a wonderful old place but…you MUST have a car! We did not have one but it’s very inconvenient and expensive to get one to come up to this area. Also - there is no dinner service on Sunday evenings - which was the day we stayed here. The staff was SO amazing and do make us a charcuterie plate - and they were wonderful. The rooms are sparse but very clean. "

"A good option if we want to visit Pisa by car or have an early flight. Lots of free on site parking and close to the city centre. The restaurant was closed unfortunately. "

"Ihan ok maatilamajoituspaikka, josta pienillä viilauksilla saisi tosi viihtyisän ja tunnelmallisen. Hotels.comin kuvat antavat vähän prameamman kuvan kuin mitä todellisuus on. Majoitukseen tultaessa meni hetki löytää henkilökuntaa. Omistaja ei puhu englantia, joten kommunikointi jäi huoneen luovutukseen. Huoneet ihan ok ja tilavat. Huoneiston varaukselle olisi ilmeisesti kuulunut kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta, jotka olivat erikseen lukittuja. Omistajan kysyttäessä yksi vai kaksi huonetta...

"We can definitely recommend this property! The pool is amazing as well as the garden and restaurant. I was little bit disappointed of the room - it could be better clean up and the furniture could be in better condition. However we would definitely come back. "

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"The communication from Mike throughout was excellent. The property itself was spacious, well equipped and has several terraced areas, which are perfect for either a large family or 2 x families. Because it’s in the mountains the views are absolutely outstanding, we spent many evenings sipping wine and playing games on the terrace. The pool area is spacious with plenty of Sun loungers and there is a large parasol to give shade when needed. We did many a trip out but we especially enjoyed Lucca...

"My partner and I enjoyed a ten day stay here with our sisters.The accomodation is beautiful, there is ample room and the 3 bedrooms suited us just fine. The views are absolutely stunning and the pool perfect after a days sightseeing. Erika, Giacomo and Pino are excellent hosts. We had a very warm welcome and the personal touches of cake, homemade limoncello, wine and olive oil on arrival were perfect, as were the home grown produce during our stay and the gift of olive oil on our departure. "10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
