This comfortable and cosy 5-room house spans over 100 m2 and is spread over two levels. The living/dining room boasts an open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), a dining table, TV and hi-fi system, and has an exit to the terrace. There are three bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm, while the second bedroom also has a double bed measuring 160 cm and an attached shower/WC. The third bedroom has a single bed measuring 80 cm and a double bed measuring 160 cm, as well as a shower/bidet/WC and an exit to the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/bidet/WC on this level. Upstairs, there is an open room with sloping ceilings, which has a single bed measuring 80 cm and a sofabed measuring 80 cm. The house is heated with oil, and has natural stone floors throughout.

The terrace is a generous 50 m2 and is roofed, with deck chairs for guests to relax and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea.
