The room was fabulous as was the staff. Francesca helped out at the front end suggesting great places to visit nearby. Samantha was the best! She served us breakfast with a smile every day but the one day she was off. She also served us drinks up by the pool. We loved staying here. The spa was closed for maintenance so we only were able to test it out our first day in. The pool was so beautiful but we wish it had been heated. It was very cold!

Absolute gem in Porto Ercole. Each and every member of the staff were outstanding, truly cared about our experience. The resort is beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were amazing! Would highly recommend this property!

we walked 10 minutes into town and had dinner by the water. It was amazing and beautiful. The room was clean and comfy. We used the pool before we realized they had the infinity pool. Service was excellent at the bar. Loved it! Definitely do this one again! Location is breathtaking!

This place was honestly incredible and everything the pictures and description says it will be. Staff are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond - we called the cleaners ninjas because they cleaned our room whenever we left - unlike many hotels which will wake you etc. restaurant is amazing and the bartenders nailed every cocktail we tried. If I had one complaint that’s not a complaint it’s that on weekends the infinity pool can be busy as it is a rooftop pool so go early. The second pool is nice to swim in anyway if there aren’t beds by the rooftop. Was the highlight of our trip staying here.

We stayed in the off season mid March so the hotel was quiet. Given that we were two of a handful of guests the staff especially Claudia in the bar and restaurant were very attentive and helped us make our stay easy. The staff even helped with renting us bikes having a masseuse brought in for just us in the spa. Again during the busy season this would all be normal and expected. Lastly the manager went out of his way to help get us on the train that we were late for. Great hotel and the food and service was excellent.

This is a 3* hotel at most - definitely not a 5 star hotel. Be aware that is is right on a busy road so you have traffic noise non stop- also on the 3rd floor rooftop pool. The pool area is tiny, the lounge chairs old and worn. Breakfast is a sad selection of defrosted pastries. What they call their ‚spa‘ is a dark basement without any atmosphere. Definitely not worth the money they charge per night.

Was skeptical but it exceeded all our expectations

We were on a road trip and it was just a coincident that we chose to stay at the A Point Porto Ercole Resort & Spa for a couple of days on the trip. We had decided to find a hotel in the area and just browsed hotels on Hotels.com. We liked the pictures we saw from the hotel and the facilities they seemed to offer, however we were rather skeptical choosing it because of the guest ratings it had at Hotels.com but nevertheless we decided to take a chance. We were extremly happy with our stay there, for multiple reasons. From the minute we got there and till the end of our stay the whole staff and the manager of the hotel were just so friendly and helpful in every way possible. Great restaurant on the roof terrace by the pool, with excellent food and even more excellent service. The reception staff helped with finding dog friendly beaches and gave us local tips for things to see and visit. We had our dog with us and unfortunately he had some health issues we wanted a vet to look at and the manager helped is finding and booking time with a great vet in the area. We spent a lot of our stay by the lovely pool with a great view and a pool bar next to it that served drinks and light snacks. The room was very spacious, with a large terrace. Very comfortable bed, nice interior design and clean. The hotel, all common areas and room was very clean and well maintained. We highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Virkeligt lækkert hotel, med ekstrem god service og hvor alt spiller. Designet er gennemført til mindste detalje. Eneste lille undren var at der var room service løbende flere gange dagligt.. kan absolut anbefales.

Hotelli oli tosi siisti ja nätti. Voisi sanoa, että luksushotelli. Erityisesti uima-allas katolla ja näkymät sieltä tekivät hyvän vaikutelman.
