Beautiful, bright apartment with a shared garden and panoramic views of the Briare Canal, located on the 2nd floor in the heart of Montargis, nicknamed the "Venice of the Gâtinais" for its 132 bridges and footbridges. This pretty little town in the Loing Valley is located between the Briare Canal and Vernisson.

The apartment is close to many cultural and leisure activities. Explore the historical Museum of Franco-Chinese Friendship, stroll through the picturesque fishing district, visit the Girodet Museum, or discover local delicacies at the Maison de la Prasline & La Factorie. For cycling enthusiasts, the Scandibérique (EV3) route also passes nearby, making this location an ideal starting point for a cycling trip. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor (entrance hall shared with the owners and another gîte located on the 1st floor), includes: a beautiful living room with high ceilings, including a lounge with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a dining room, and a small open-plan kitchen; a bedroom (in the living room separated by a semi-open partition and glass wall) with a 140x190 cm double bed; a smaller bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed; and a bathroom with toilet.

You will also benefit from a garden shared with the owners and the other gîte, "La Résidence du Canal," equipped with a plancha grill and a garden table for your outdoor gatherings.
Public parking is 250 m away.

All-inclusive rate: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
The owner will greet you on site. Luggage can be unloaded at 24 rue de Triqueti in Montargis.
