Beautiful, bright, and air-conditioned apartment with a shared garden and panoramic views of the Briare Canal, located on the 2nd floor in the heart of Montargis, nicknamed the "Venice of the Gâtinais" for its 132 bridges and footbridges. This charming town in the Loing Valley is situated between the Briare Canal and the Vernisson River.

The apartment is close to numerous cultural and leisure activities. Explore the Franco-Chinese Friendship Museum, stroll through the picturesque fishing district, visit the Girodet Museum, or discover local delicacies at La Maison de la Prasline & La Factorie. For cycling enthusiasts, the Scandibérique (EV3) route also passes nearby, making this an ideal starting point for a cycling tour. The apartment, located on the 2nd floor (shared entrance hall with the owners and another gîte on the 1st floor), comprises: a lovely living room with high ceilings, including a lounge area with a 140x190 cm sofa bed, a dining area, and a small open-plan kitchen; a bedroom (separated from the living room by a semi-open partition and a glass roof) with a 140x190 cm double bed; a small bedroom with a 90x190 cm single bed; and a bathroom with toilet.

You will also have access to a garden shared with the owners and the other gîte, "La Résidence du Canal," equipped with a griddle and garden table for enjoying time outdoors.
Public parking is available 250 meters away.

All-inclusive rate: bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival, heating included, towels provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Arrival from 4 pm and departure at 10 am. You will be met on site by the owner. Luggage can be unloaded at 24 rue de Triqueti in Montargis.
