「Infelizmente não me foi oferecida a bebida a qual teria direito por ter feito a reserva pela Expedia… além disso, aos domingos o café da manhã é servido até às 11:00h. Cheguei para tomar o café às 10:30h e para minha surpresa a partir das 10:45h todos os alimentos disponíveis começaram a ser retirados e não pude me servir mais!!! Até o café foi retirado!!! Nunca havia passado por uma situação tão desagradável em minhas hospedagens… lamentável!!」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, from the service and the accommodations to the overall atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and we truly enjoyed our experience. The only area that could definitely be improved is the breakfast. Unfortunately, the selection and quality did not match the excellent standard of the rest of the hotel. With a better breakfast, this would be an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay...

「Instalações antigas, roupa de cama suja, televisão a cabo (SKY) sem funcionar e com mensagem de não pagamento. Wifi com péssimo funcionamento em local com pouca cobertura de celular. Área de lazer antiga, sem manutenção.」

「It’s a beautiful historic property! The architecture, furnishings, murals and grounds are stunning. The location is excellent for walk ability to conveniences and points of interest. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food was mostly excellent. I loved using the saunas and hot pool. The only negative is that, as an older building in a damp climate, there was some mustiness」
