Art Hotel Curacao - Luxury Adults Only

8/10 Good

"This is a beautiful property. The staff were polite and accommodating. There is no mirror or TV in the room. We had ocean view and it was gorgeous. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool after 6pm far as amenities. And, I stayed there for 7 days which was an hefty penny. After paying at checkout, I was called back to swipe my card again because they didn’t charge me 6 cents. They were helpful in helping my spouse obtain flowers for my birthday and storing my cake."

"Overall…the stay was wonderful, the only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the water (which is Solar Powered). That is the only hiccup as we like hot showers and for most of our stay it was lukewarm. Otherwise GREAT location, easy access, air conditioned, bar and restaurant on the property, pool, fireworks, easy access to Taxis (if you decide not to rent a car), and secure. Clean rooms and having a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove top, pots, plates, and laundry were also a PLUS. Stayed in the Panoramic Presidential and it was worth every penny!"

"This hotel is great! Everything was super clean, staff were so kind and helpful. Especially Alexis, the doorman - Sweetest man ever! Made our stay 10x better! It’s also in a super good location, coffee shops nearby and easy restaurant access, there’s also a pharmacy (Botica) close-by! It’s a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown and the Kura Hulanda village. The hotel has free parking too and it’s very secure! Would recommend and will probably return!"

"This property is in extremely poor condition, and I strongly recommend avoiding a stay here. The carpets in the lobby are filthy, the noise from the street is constant, and a live band plays on the rooftop until midnight, making it nearly impossible to relax. There are also water leaks coming from the ceiling, and you can clearly hear water rushing through the pipes every time someone upstairs uses the bathroom. Overall, the experience was terrible, and the condition of the property is completely unacceptable."
