「Great premises and killer staff, but the real kicker is the proximity to the loveliest beach in town. A 30 second walk, and you find yourself in this volcanic creek with gorgeous views of the bay. Did early morning yoga and took a swim as the sun was coming up. This is what this hotel provides – on top of everything else! Also, great breakfast experience. A no-brainer.」
"The location of the parking garage was confusing, and we initially parked at a nearby hotel’s parking lot by mistake. We had to go to the reception first to get proper directions. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was stuck at 28°C, making it very hot. Opening the window wasn’t a good solution either, as there was loud drumming outside and construction started early in the morning right outside the window with scaffolding.
The bathroom had stains from someone dyeing their hair, and when we tried to use the toaster, it caused a power outage in the room.
Although the staff at reception were friendly, there were just too many problems overall."
