Villa Montady is ideal for a relaxing getaway. This 130 m² house from the 1970s, with its high ceilings and exposed beams, offers vintage charm and décor. It features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people. You have Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning (in the living room and hallway), as well as a washing machine at your disposal.



Its main highlight is a beautiful private outdoor area with a fenced pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue. Public transport is within walking distance.



Three parking spaces are available on site, with free street parking and five additional spaces in a garage. Up to two pets are allowed (please inform the owner). Smoking indoors is not permitted.



The house is on one level and has a storage area for motorcycles and bicycles. Recycling instructions are available on site to facilitate waste sorting.



Two efficient air conditioning units (in the hallway and dining room) allow you to cool all rooms effectively by leaving the doors open.



The pool is maintained by the owner, who comes daily or every other day for 20 to 30 minutes and accesses the outdoor garage for equipment. He offers to come as early as 6 a.m., discreetly, or at a time that suits you best.
