Walk to the supermarket, restaurant around the corner, 5 min. Footpath to the swimming pool and exercise trail in the forest. Parking lots available. Tennis hall on site. Rent e-bikes for a fee. It is only a 10-minute walk to the city center, ICE train station and outlet. Many sights in the area.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Super Ausstattung, fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei und man ist schnell in den Feldern zum spazieren. Auch ein kleiner Park mit großem Spielplatz und Minigolf ist schnell erreichbar. Check In und Check Out war unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Aufenthalt mit Abzügen

Bei unserer Anreise stellten wir fest, dass die Wohnung über einen wenig attraktiven Garagenhof unter einer Tennishalle gebaut ist. Die gesamte Tennishalle war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise eingerüstet und es fühlte sich an, wie ein Aufenthalt auf einer Baustelle. Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn wir vorab informiert worden wären.Leider hat es in der Wohnung stark nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen, vor der Tür stand ein prall gefüllter Aschenbecher. Die Sauberkeit ließ leider auch zu Wünschen übrig, in der Toilette befanden sich z.B. "Bremsspuren" und durch die Fenster waren sehr stark verschmutzt.Technisch befand sich die Wohnung leider auch in keinem guten Zustand. Die Glastür zum Bad hing schräg in den Angeln und die Tür ließ sich weder öffnen noch schließen. Ein Stuhl verlor ein Bein, der Unterschrank im Bad hing bedrohlich schräg an zwei lockeren Dübeln, die Vorhangschiene ebenfalls.In der Tennishalle wird Tennis gespielt. Die Bälle hört man von morgens bis abends. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte etwas anderes suchen.Normalerweise eine ganz klare 1-Sterne-Bewertung. Man muss der Vermieterin jedoch zu Gute halten, dass wir im Nachhinein 16% des Mietpreis zurückerstattet bekommen haben. Immerhin ein Zeichen des guten Willen. Noch am ersten Abend erschien ein Putz-Team, welches jedoch nur den Stuhl ersetzt hat und sich die Mängel angeschaut hat. Geputzt wurde nicht.

Im Inserat stand 1 Schlafzimmer, leider war es kein Extraraum, empfanden wir als störend, sollte besser beschrieben werden. Sonst war alles bestens.

We stayed 6 nights in the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a long stay: equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer. There is a super market very close to walking distance. The city center is also within walking distance. Near the apartment free parking. A small drawback: Above the apartment there is a tennis court and during the day there is little noise. Besides, the apartment is highly recommended.
