"Amazing amazing amazing, staff were fab, ski lockers UNBELIEVABLE, the free shuttle into the town and back whenever you need it, view from the room 10/10 th Asian restaurant was the best food we ate, we had a birthday and an interest in our Party and the staff surprised us with champagne and a birthday cake, we will be back next year! "

"Room was ready, but they wanted to charge €45 to hand us the key 1 hour before 17:00!!!! I complained big time to the manager when I spoke to her, and they handed over the keys without charge! When they charge this much for such poor service, I assume the low quality is due the such high demand. Very disappointed with the hotel/apartment. Just like last years stay at another similar venue in Val Thorens!"

"Lovely apartment and would stay again, but just to make people aware, you have to pay extra for towels and they make you clean the entire apartment and take bins out etc. before you leave. It also isn't strictly ski-in ski-out and there's a bit of a walk up a hill and across a car park to get to the piste."
