「The cabin and forest was very pretty but unfortunately there was a big lack of communication, even though the staff was nice. There was a problem with our breakfast and there was no solution offered that day. Similarly we found a dead mouse on a trap in the cabin but they only came to remove it 3 hours after they received our message, which is uncomfortable given that it was 2 meters next to the stove and eating area. There is no internet or phone reception in the cabins and the reception desk...

「I've been here multiple times but this time is different. Before, the jacuzzi located outside is include as a freebies but now, you need to pay for it. About the room, well, it is cozy but my concern is the exhaust in the washroom. The smell stayed inside the room which I don't like on it. I hope the management will improve it.」
