You’ll find a variety of dining options just a short drive away: restaurants in the Old Village are a mere 5-minute drive, and the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village is only 6 minutes from the condo.
For outdoor enthusiasts, several hikes and treks are easily accessible:
• Nez de l'Indien: Just 5 minutes away.
• Mont-Tremblant: Only 6 minutes away.
• Domaine Saint-Bernard: Perfect for walks and cross-country skiing, located 15 minutes away.
• Lac Mercier: Ideal for a stroll around the lake or cross-country skiing, just 6 minutes away.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.
This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
