"Whenever I visit Geneva from Japan, I will definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I have stayed here twice so far. The hotel is located directly in front of Geneva train station, which is extremely convenient. Check-out is also until 12:00 p.m., so you can enjoy a relaxed morning without having to rush. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. When I was looking for a place to have dinner, they recommended a restaurant and even made a reservation for me. It was a Swiss restaurant, and I really enjoyed it because it was peaceful and not overly crowded with tourists. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the large bathroom sink, which made getting ready very convenient. As with many hotels near a train station, you can hear some noise from outside until quite late at night. If you are sensitive to noise, I would recommend bringing earplugs. One small thing I noticed was that the staff in the breakfast area seemed somewhat tired and less energetic. There was no particular problem, but I did notice a contrast with the very professional and attentive front desk staff. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with an excellent location, comfortable rooms, and very helpful staff. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Geneva."

"駅から徒歩10分程度、また駅からトラムで一駅、停留所がホテルの目の前なのでアクセスが便利でした。ホテルの内装がクラシカルで重厚感がありました。また、朝食がとても充実していたのでつい食べ過ぎてしまいましたが、チェックアウトが12時までだったので、出発前に部屋で寛ぐことができて助かりました。"

"Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The only issue was the Wi-Fi connection, which was unreliable and caused quite a bit of frustration. Since this is a hotel I would love to stay at again, I would really appreciate it if you could improve the Wi-Fi by making it more stable and faster. "0歳の子供と3人で宿泊しました。ベビーベッドは有料ですがレンタルできます。また、今だけかもしれませんが、ジュネーブ市内の公共交通機関が宿泊期間無料で乗れるチケットも、ジュネーブ市の行政からホテルを通じて付与されました。駅の目の前で非常にアクセスが良く、清潔なホテルでした。一階にはウォーターサーバーがあり、水を飲むことができました。部屋の冷蔵庫が恐らく故障していて使えなかったですが、それ以外は満足のいくホテルでした。"
