LE MONT-DORE, in the heart of the city, near the thermal baths and all amenities, 100m from the market, in the LE SARCIRON residence with elevator, beautiful one-bedroom apartment of approximately 40m² located on the 1st floor on the mezzanine (second level).
Unlimited Wi-Fi access.
This apartment features an entrance hall, a pleasant living room equipped with a sofa bed and plenty of storage space.
A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a 3-zone ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and more.
A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) benefits from a mezzanine area furnished with two single mattresses.
A bathroom (shower) with toilet.

Hôtel bien situé mais vétuste sauf équipement électroménager. Volets rouillés et grippés. Lunette des toilettes mal fixée. Robinets mal fixés. Propreté douteuse mais pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée. Ménage fait par nous à la fin de la location. Mais facturation supplémentaire de 70 exigée par l'agence.Location à éviter.
