Exotic Villa Private Pool, 7min walk from one of the most beautiful beach

  • Bungalow located on the coastal road, in the north of the island, near the magnificent white sandy beach of Mont Choisy, with private swimming pool, small garden, american style kitchen, bar, living, dining, 2 bathroom/toilets, 1 TV room, 2 bedrooms with aircons, and huge terraces.

    Fully Furnished for your comfort, the villa is also equipped with an electronic safe.

    The villa is situated in a quiet residential complex, within walking distance from the beach and from the prestigious Mont Choisy Le Golf, an international 18-Hole golf course, near bus stops, restaurants, and some 10 minutes away from Grand Baie commercial centres.

    We can arrange for airport transfer, car rental, maid, specific trips, etc. upon request.

    Kindly also note that the Government has applied a tourist tax of EUR3/day per person starting 01 Oct 2025. Children under the age of 12 years are exempted. For queries on the payment of the tax, pls contact the owner.
