About The Space:





Welcome to this enchanting Scandinavian-inspired chalet, constructed in 2018, where modern minimalist design seamlessly intertwines with the warmth of a traditional chalet. Nestled in the serene Laurentians, this idyllic retreat offers a haven of tranquility, perfectly suited for families or small groups seeking an escape from the everyday hustle.



Situated on a sprawling acre of wooded privacy, the chalet is cleverly positioned towards the back of the property, affording you a sense of seclusion with barely visible neighbors on one side. As you step inside, a spacious mudroom greets you, providing ample storage for all your outdoor gear. For added convenience, the washer/dryer are thoughtfully located in the same space, making it easy to toss in any wet belongings.



Adjacent to the mudroom lies the heart of entertainment—the games room. Designed for both kids and adults, it features:



  • A fun climbing wall
  • An arcade game with a plethora of options
  • A foosball table
  • A nostalgic TV hutch stocked with an eclectic DVD collection for a trip down memory lane.

    The pullout sofa and a full three-piece bathroom in this space make it a comfortable area for both sleep and play.


Venturing upstairs, you'll be welcomed into the heart of the chalet on the first floor. Straight ahead, a captivating open-concept kitchen awaits, complete with a generously-sized island providing seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen, an inviting dining area beckons with room for six, seamlessly connecting to the main living space. Just down the hall, the master bedroom accommodates a family or group of four with a king-size trundle bed and a double/twin bunk bed. A nearby four-piece bathroom ensures convenience and comfort.



As you make your way through the living space, prepare to be captivated by the breathtaking double-height windows that frame views of the tranquil surroundings. Ascend to the second floor, where you'll find a thoughtfully designed three-piece bathroom, along with three bedrooms, each boasting a queen bed, promising a restful slumber after a day of exploration and adventure.





Outdoor Oasis:





Outside, the magic continues as you step onto the patio and discover the inviting hot tub, beckoning you to unwind under the stars. A delightful outdoor eating space and BBQ await, perfect for savoring delicious meals amidst nature's embrace. Further beyond, the fire pit (bring your own wood) invites you to gather 'round and share stories while enveloped by the enchanting ambiance. The open grass space surrounding the chalet offers plenty of room for play and relaxation, completing the idyllic escape.

  • 6 minutes: The slopes of the Mont Blanc Ski Center have become a 4-season resort with evening skiing (New for Winter 2024-2025).
  • 2 minutes: P'tit Train du Nord for walking and cycling in 3 seasons, and snowmobiling in winter.
  • 6 minutes: All services in the villages of Saint-Jovite.
  • 20 minutes: Tremblant – for its pedestrian village, skiing, trails, golf courses, restaurants, festivals, and shopping.
  • 1 hour 20 minutes: From Montreal.
