This property has an excellent location with restuarants and shops a short walk away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We were greeted with big smiles and our room had a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. It was impeccable clean. A staff member would stop our room late in the afternoon to offer us water bottle. The air conditioner works well always coming back to a cool room on warm summer days. Quebec City is stunningly beautiful, extremely clean, easily walkable and family friendly. We could not have chosen a better hotel for our family trip consisting of 4 adults, 2 seniors and 3 children. We had a marvelous time!
