「Well, we never got inside because the hosts booked another group for the house. So at 9:30pm we had 5 families (including one with small children)who had come from Missouri, Nevada, and Northern California with nowhere to stay. The hosts lied to me outright about supposed water damage making the house unrentable. Lied about their efforts to contact me. The neighbors surrounding this property must be livid as the appearance of this place is just awful. Dirt and dead grass for the front yard....

「I have booked vacation rentals all over the United States and even in Europe and have never felt like I absolutely had to leave a negative review but this property is the exception. Our family was pressed for time to attend a funeral or I would not have stayed in the house and canceled the booking. The listing of details of the house are outright lies. There are only four bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the hallway between the living area and the bedrooms. Contrary to the list there is only one...

「This house was disgusting and full of spiders. The pool is 100% misrepresented, dirty with only two decomposing plastic chairs. All photos on the site were AI touched up. The bedding was not clean and one of the bathrooms was completely unusable. So far the host has offered to waive the cleaning fee, which is comical considering. We stayed 30 minutes to take pictures then went to a hotel. Working with VRBO on a refund. 」

「The property was super clean, and I felt really safe staying in the area as a solo traveler who needed a place to stay during my work trip. The host was really easy to communicate with, and she got back to me super fast whenever I had a question. The bed was really comfortable, and the AC was nice and cold. There were also lots of restaurants located close by, and I had my own parking space that was off the street. Having a washer and dryer was also convenient because I could only bring so many...
