18th Century Refurbished Yankee 3 Bedroom Farmhouse in the Berkshires

"I am pleased that we chose to rent this property for a week this summer. The house is clean, well-stocked with food, and on a gorgeous property. The house was built in 1794, so some of the dimensions are small and old fashioned, but the house has a kitchen with all the appliances you need, a TV, a rower, and weights. Rowe is a quaint town with no store in it. But there is a lake nearby where you can take out boats, and two trailheads near the house. There is a book in the living room with a history of the town—including its role in the French and Indian War—and that can be a fun way to spend time. There are nice little towns about 30 minutes away.You cannot beat the location if you like outdoor activities. Be sure to tube or raft down the Deerfield River and hike in Mohawk State Forest. The owner and property manager were helpful and friendly."

"Great place to stay, a few miles from North Adams and Mass MOCA. Lovely updated quiet single room cabin with cute kitchen and living room w futon sofa. Tons of new windows with good screens, very light and airy. We hope to return!"

"Our stay at the chalet was exactly what we hoped it would be! The space is in a beautiful location that is perfect for dogs. The host was very helpful and responsive and check in was a breeze. We'll be back for sure!"

"Our group had such a great time at this spot. The hosts were so nice, extremely responsive to questions, and genuinely cared that we were having a nice time. The house is spacious, clean, and will give you that lodge experience. It was -20 while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities but the deck / view were beautiful, the hot tub was clean & secluded, and it had ample parking. The kitchen also had everything we needed to cook and North Adams was just a short ride away. This is a great place and would absolutely recommend it. Cheers! "
