"I should have done more research or known that I was getting what I paid for. We arrived late in the evening, so I wasn't surprised that there was 1 employee at the front desk when we arrived. I had booked accommodation for 4 people - 2 adults, 2 children - in a king room with a pull out bed. When we arrived, the room was in decent shape but had some dirty spots on the comforter on the bed. There were 3 pillows on the king bed, but the sofa bed had no sheets or bedding, just what seemed to be the factory plastic on the mattress - no additional bedding in the room. When we called the front desk for bedding, we were told we had to come down to get the sheets because there was no one else on shift and he was not allowed to leave the desk. We received 3 flat sheets for the pull out (no blanket) and asked for extra pillows to accommodate the 4 people in the room but were told they do not give out extra pillows so I slept on one of the flat sheets balled up and fortunately we brought the kids' blankets from home. Thankfully this was only a one night stay as we could hear the road noise all night and the halls smelled of other guests' substance use. Would not recommend. "

"The food was good at the bar. Just know the updated nice room are on the foors 1 thru 15 . Unfortunately we had an old run down room when my sister had a complete re model lavish room. It was complete difference. When I check out and voice my concerns about the bathroom tub issues and the room itself the hotel manager really didn't care. So just as a heads up ask for the rooms on 1-15."

"Toilet did not flush properly. Purchased toilet brush to assist with issue. Male staff was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast looked good although I did not partake. Room appeared cleaned. Good location! "
